The Career Technical Education (CTE) Foundation seeks applications for Distance Learning strategies that put relevant supplies and materials into the hands of students and to provide equitable and engaging hands-on learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CTE Foundation invites CTE programs aligned with key economic sectors (Agriculture, Advanced Manufacturing/STEM, Construction/Green Services, Healthcare, and Sonoma Specialties) and workforce development needs to apply for funding to supply students with maker kits, materials or other support needed to enhance distance learning curriculum and increase student engagement.

Applicants may request up to $2,000 per course/program to reimburse the cost of requested items. Requests for reimbursement may be paid directly to instructors or districts.

To check eligibility and request an application package, email Amber Figueroa, VP Operations & Programs, or call 310-418-2135 (mobile).
