Our Investments
Connecting students, educators and employers
We invest in connected learning practices that align academics, careers and ambition to prepare students for life after high school. Our goals include transforming education to equitably prepare Sonoma County students, reshaping perceptions of readiness and ensuring access to high-quality pathways that align passion, skills and career aspirations. At CTE Foundation, we:
Connect Resources:
We support local schools to expand career-connected learning, addressing gaps unmet by other sources and enabling innovation or urgent pivots.
Connect Pathways:
We act as an education-to-workforce intermediary, a bridge linking employers and industry with schools to deliver career-focused learning and high-quality experiences such as internships.
Connect Partners:
We unite education, industry, community and political leaders to align efforts and perspectives.
Connect Policies:
With 15 high schools in Sonoma County, we promote regional pathways connecting K-12 to post-secondary education, such as Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) and Sonoma State University (SSU).
Partnering with the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE), we align policies and systems for smoother transitions out of high school, Early College Credits and Dual Enrollment.
Your investment powers our work.
